Fire Departments Reward Firefighters with Commendation Bars - Usually citation bars are seen on our Military, but are also used with Law Enforcement, EMS, and with our Firefighters, which are worn by all emergency service workers. Badges can also be used to signify membership in clubs or organizations. School patches can reward important achievements.
