Backing options - Velcro
A recessed sewing channel is the best way to ensure that your patch will stay in place. But if you need to easily take them on and off a hook and loop backing is the best choice. Nevertheless, the fastest way to attach them without sewing is with our peel and stick backing.
Color matching
At Sienna Pacific we are reputated for our ability to color match your logo colors to our PMS palette. This ensures that your brand's colors are accurate on your custom PVC patch. Most designs have anywhere between 2 and 6 colors.
Thickness
We can make your PVC Patches as lightweight or heavy-duty as you need them to be. Our standard thickness range is from 2mm to 4mm. However, we can go thicker or thinner depending on your needs.

What Do You Need To Know About PVC Patches?
Soft Rubber / PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is molded to any shape and dyed to any color or shade. It allows amazing detail and precision.
They are different than with Vinyl Patches, which are just printed on a Vinyl Material. It works perfect for colorful patches with complicated designs with small lines or text.
One of the greatest reasons people use Patches instead of direct embroidery is the ability of use them in all sorts of places.
There are many ways to attach a patch to an item, and we can add backings that will help you out.
-Sew them on: When you need your patches to be permanently attached to you clothing, hats, jackets..(We provide a little sewing channel that makes it easier).
-Stick them on: Add adhesive backing to your patches, glue will stick better to non-washable, solid surfaces.
-Hook & Loop Them: Make your patches easy to attach and remove with Velcro hook and loop backing. Switch it out or take it off your military, police or fire department uniform before washing it.
(Iron on patches are not possible with rubber, as the material absorbs the heat)

Our minimum order quantity of 50 pieces, but the best wholesale prices start at 100 pieces.
We can make the patch to wrap around your logo, or to fit a standard shape, like a circle or a rectangle.
Round, Square, Rectangular, or any shapes that wrap around your design.
There are no limitations of size and shapes for PVC Patches, so you can create a design that is uniquely yours!
Your patches can be as small as a penny 1/2", or all they way up to 17" in width, the best size for your patch will depend on the placement and design.
If the logo you have in mind will go in a tiny area, don’t worry, we manufacture your patches in almost any size, even a 1/2 inches.
As a reference point, patches that are made to be worn on clothing and gear, are usually in the 2″ width and 3.5″ height, with the exception of ranger eyes, which are about 1″x1″ square.
Finally, A branding patch is usually between 0.5″ and 2.5″ in any dimension, and they have plain backing, for easy sewing. If you need to create a product that falls in the larger-than-normal category, we can make them up to 12″ long.
Even though our rubber patches are made using a mold, we can print your artwork or design directly onto the rubber, which works great for logos with gradients (4-color-process). The amazing quality of our printing allows us to use both methods into a single image, where some elements are molded and some others printed.

By default, your Rubber Patches will appear three dimensional because of the layering. The layers create a raised-recessed texture, where the base serves of support to the other elements which can be in raised (Embossed) or even recessed (Debossed).
There is a difference in the way we build each layer, called 2D & 3D, and using one instead of the other can make your patch much different: 
-2D Layers: We like to describe this style as a layer where each element has sharp edges and a flat look, just as if it was cut with a knife with a horizontal motion.
-3D Layers: In this case, the elements have a rounded soft edges, resembling real life, they look almost like sculpted. It is great for globes, guns, faces, bodies.
Every patch can and will have a combination of both 2D & 3D layers. Just let our designers know and they will work the magic for you!
